For MSPs and MSSPs taking on new clients

Confirmed meetings for your MSP. Paid on attendance.

We run the ads, screen every responder against the rules you set, and book confirmed meetings onto your calendar. You only pay for the ones that show up.

Built by an engineer with 15 years shipping software across development, security and DevOps, who reads every set of answers before a meeting is booked.

It is time for a repeatable and predictable client acquisition system.

Referrals arrive when they arrive. You cannot schedule them and you cannot forecast them. Bought lists are worse. A first name and a gmail address, no budget for security, outside your area, sold to four other firms the same morning.

We buy the traffic, screen who responds against your rules, and keep the conversation warm until a confirmed meeting lands on your calendar. Repeatable and predictable client acquisition.

The Booked Meeting Engine

One system that turns paid ads into booked meetings with fitted IT buyers.

  1. 1

    Target

Our ads put an offer you are comfortable standing behind in front of the business owners who need managed IT right now.

  2. 2

    Qualify

Every responder answers a plain-English quiz about how they run IT today, and is screened against the profile you set.

  3. 3

    Nurture

Follow-up goes out in seconds and keeps the conversation warm across text and email until the business is ready to talk.

  4. 4

    Book

A confirmed meeting lands on your calendar with someone who decides. You see their answers before you walk in.

Run your numbers

How it works

Start with the meetings. Drop in your show rate, your close rate, what you charge per user and the seats on a typical contract. The meeting fee is filled in at our standard rate, so change it to whatever we quoted for your city. The share of the first twelve months is fixed. We can also walk through these numbers on a call.

The agency math is broken

A retainer bills you for effort. A lead list bills you for volume.

The typical MSP marketing agency wants two to fifteen thousand a month on a twelve month contract, with ad spend billed on top, before you know whether any of it works. We built the opposite. We only get paid when a decision maker shows up.

The typical agency

  • Monthly retainer, twelve month term
  • You fund the ad spend on top
  • Paid whether anyone shows up or not
  • You carry the risk
  • The same form fill sold around the city

Helpdesk Harry

  • Paid per attended meeting, nothing monthly
  • We buy the traffic
  • No minimum term, stop whenever
  • Every meeting matches your rules, or we rebook it
  • You see their answers before the meeting

Every meeting matches your rules, or we rebook it.

The quiz asks every one of these before a meeting is booked. A business that fails any of them is never booked onto your calendar, and a meeting that slipped through is rebooked at no charge.

The size you set

You pick the smallest business you will take, from a one-person office up. Anything smaller is never booked with you.

Inside your area

Resolved from the ZIP they type, never from the page they landed on.

Not already happy

A business that says its current IT company is working is turned away. We have no stake in a switch that should not happen.

Not a competitor

IT companies checking your pricing are turned away at the first question.

The revenue you set

Set a yearly revenue minimum, or leave it open. Anything below it is never booked with you.

Someone who decides

The job title is asked and recorded. You only pay when a decision maker attends.

What you pay for, and what you never do.

You pay $200 when a decision maker attends the meeting. If that meeting becomes your client, you also pay 10% of what they pay you across their first twelve months. We do not promise you win the work, and you should not trust anyone who does.

You pay for

  • A meeting a decision maker actually attended
  • A business inside the area you agreed
  • 10% of their first twelve months, once they sign with you

You never pay for

  • A no-show. We rebook it at no charge.
  • Wrong or disconnected contact details
  • A business you already met through us
  • A competitor or a test submission

Flag anything that missed within three business days. We would rather lose the fee than argue about it.

Your side of the deal

We book against the rules you set, and these are the conditions we work under.

  1. 1A salesperson who takes the meetings and works with us to tune who gets booked.
  2. 2Your calendar connected to ours, so we never book a time you cannot make.
  3. 3Tell us what happened to each meeting. Showed, no-show, proposal, closed.
  4. 4Flag any meeting that missed your rules within three business days.
  5. 5Thirty minutes a week to review results and adjust.
  6. 6Say when you are full and we stop booking.

Built by someone who ships software, not someone who found AI last quarter

Fifteen years across software development, security and DevOps, including AI security tooling used by security teams. This is an AI booking engine built by an engineer, tuned to how MSPs actually sell. We are not an IT company and will never compete with you.

No call required

Find out if your city is open.

Leave your work email and we will tell you whether we are booking meetings in your area, and what a meeting costs there. You also get our MSP marketing report. Nine findings from 1,000 hours of it, 13 pages, 19 citations you can click.

The report arrives on the next screen. We email you about your city, and nothing else unless you ask.

Questions

What MSP owners ask before they join.

How is this different from a regular MSP marketing agency?
A traditional agency charges a monthly retainer on a twelve month contract and you carry all the risk. We buy the traffic, screen and nurture the responders, and every meeting we book matches the rules you set, or we rebook it. You pay when a decision maker attends.
Who is this for?
MSPs, MSSPs and IT service providers taking on new clients who are tired of depending on referrals and want a predictable pipeline of qualified meetings.
What counts as a qualified meeting?
A confirmed meeting, booked out of a campaign we run, with a decision maker at a business inside your service area, matching the size and industry rules you set, that you have not already spoken to in the last ninety days. Not a lead and not a form fill. Miss any one of those and it does not count, and we rebook it at no charge.
How many other firms get the same business?
None. Each business is booked with one MSP. If they do not sign with you within ninety days, we may book them with another.
Do you replace my sales team or my tools?
No. The system hands confirmed meetings to your existing closers. Your team still does what only they can do, which is close.
Are you going to compete with me?
No. We do not sell managed IT, do not resell hardware, and have no technical service offering. Booking meetings is the whole business.
Do I have to fund the ads?
No. We buy the traffic. You are not opening an ad account.
Will you write or buy reviews for us?
No. We never write, buy or fabricate reviews, for you or for ourselves, and we will not do it if you ask.
Who is responsible if an ad claim turns out to be wrong?
We are, for anything we wrote. If we put a factual claim into advertising, we hold the evidence for it or we ask you to confirm it first. If we get that wrong we cover it, and your approving the ad does not move that onto you.
Do I get information on the business before the meeting?
Everything we collect in the quiz. Headcount, industry, who handles IT today, how that is going and where their security gaps are.
What happens if they do not show up?
You are not billed. We rebook it at no charge.
How do you get paid?
$200 per attended meeting, plus 10% of what a client pays you in their first twelve months. Both are in writing before you agree to anything. We only get paid when somebody who decides is sitting in front of you.
How do I stop?
Tell us and we stop booking. There is no term, no notice period and no final invoice for meetings that did not happen.
