IT support for dental and medical practices
The schedule does not care that the server is down.
Tell us how the practice runs. We pick the local IT company that already supports practices your size and book the meeting.
A patient you cannot see today is not a patient you see twice tomorrow.
Manufacturing can run a late shift. A practice with eleven chairs booked cannot. Every hour the practice management system is unreachable is a column of appointments that moves to next month or to somebody else. And imaging makes it worse, because the files are large, they are clinical records, and a backup that has never been restored from is a theory rather than a backup.
What we hear about most
- Imaging that will not load
- Sensors and scanners write big files to a server that was sized for a smaller practice three years ago, and the operatory PC takes forty seconds to open a scan.
- Vendors nobody tracks
- Billing service, transcription, cloud storage, the imaging vendor. Anyone touching patient data on your behalf needs an agreement on file, and most practices cannot produce the list.
- Shared logins
- One front-desk account everybody uses, because that is how it was set up and nobody wanted to be the person who changed it.
Ask whether they run your practice management system today.
Dentrix, Eaglesoft and Open Dental all break differently, and a provider who supports three practices on yours knows what the vendor will blame before they call them. We match on which systems a provider runs and for how many practices. We also ask what they will and will not sign, because a provider who refuses a business associate agreement has told you something.
Who we can help here
- Any size, from a single chair up, including hygienists and front desk
- Dental, medical, specialty or allied health, one location or several
- Currently on a break-fix arrangement, an unhappy provider, or nobody at all
We are opening one city at a time and will tell you plainly where we are. If nobody fits you yet, we say so and let you know when someone does.
